At Birthday Clothing, we want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items marked as final sale or customized/personalized.

🔁 Exchanges

• Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within the 14-day window (subject to availability).

• Simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 How to Return

1. Email us at support@birthdayclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
